    Melanie brings over 20 years of yoga practice and 10 years of teaching experience, with a special love for Yin yoga, which is her primary focus.

    Her classes are renowned for guiding you on a journey into the sensations of your inner universe, helping you drop deeper into stillness and awareness to experience your own uninterrupted rhythm and frequency.

    Some but please do bring your own yoga mat , eye pillow and a bolster or block if you have one .

    Originally from Sussex. Melanie has spent the last 20 years living and working in London. With over 15 years experience in the spa industry. A dedication to yoga and its lifestyle led Melanie to train in 2014 with Frog Lotus yoga in Spain as Vinyasa flow instructor alongside her holistic therapy career. She has taught and teaches yoga at various centres in Manchester. In furthering her development she has also completed a course in Thai Yoga Massage , yin yoga , children yoga and has gained experience working abroad at retreat centres as well as holding her own regular yoga workshops in London.Melanie’s classes are holistic and creative in style, compassionate , mindful and nurturing in feel and encompass her optimistic, vibrant yet peaceful personality.
