Join us for a Yin Yang Yoga class in the Park!

Strength and flexibility at the same time:

• 30min Vinyasa flow (faster pace, strengthening the whole body)
• 30min relaxing, deep stretch Yin Yoga (slow pace, deep stretch, relaxing)

Book now as spaces are limited.

All ages and abilities welcome even if you never tried Yoga before!


Yin Yang Yoga is an excellent maintenance for the joints, releases fascial tension throughout the body, develops flexibility, helps prevent injuries caused by tension and tightness. It calms the nervous system, improves postural alignment plus much more.

Benefits of exercising outside: fresh air and increased oxygen helps release the feel-good brain chemical, serotonin – meaning your outdoor sessions not only help keep you fit and healthy, they put you in a fantastic mood too.

AI|YOGA
A qualified India Multi style Yoga Teacher with 4 years practice experience. Teaching a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Yoga for runners.
Her personal objective has been to couple her passion for running and yoga. It was actually after injuring herself post-marathon that she turned to yoga for healing. She have now become aware of not only the healing but the preventative benefits in order to remain injury free while running.
Working as a manager at Neal’s Yard Remedies, an organic natural health store, greatly influenced her lifestyle and has made her more conscious of her inner health. Studying Nutrition and Sport nutrition seemed like a natural progression in her journey and she hopes to share her knowledge and help others when she receives her Nutrition Practitioner’s Diploma soon.
She is extremely hard working and pride herself on always completing any task to its end. It is these qualities that push her to challenge and better herself everyday through attending workshops or studying courses related to yoga, running or nutrition.

Bring your own water and yoga mat (few mats available to borrow. Please check availability in advance. First come first serve basis)

Please note that due to unpredictable weather conditions the class might be changed to a different day/time (or the ticket refunded on request).

Please bring something warm for the second part of the class (Yin yoga is a slow pace yoga staying in the pose for up to 5min).
