Have you ever wanted more time to ponder the deeper yogic philosophies behind your yoga practice? These workshops are designed to give you chance to delve deeper into specific fundamental elements of yogic philosophy based on Patanjali's 'yoga sutras'. Each workshop will begin with intention setting and a mudra meditation, we will then discuss the theme of the workshop. You will then be guided through a 45 minute Yin Yoga practice, followed by a journalling session with optional prompts (and optional hot drink - cocoa or herbal tea) and we will close with a guided relaxation. There's no expectation to share your writing - it's all for you to engage in 'Svadhaya' (self-study) for self-reflection as part of your practice.
All topics as outlined in Patanjali's 'yoga sutras':
OCTOBER WORKSHOP 1: Eight Limbs part I
NOVEMBER WORKSHOP 2: Eight Limbs part II
DECEMBER WORKSHOP 3: The Five Kleshas
