🧘Yin Yoga

In these weekly classes, we use the long-held, still poses of Yin Yoga, giving us time to listen to our bodies, release tension and still minds. The deep stretch also penetrates the connective tissue in areas so many of us have problems with, such as the back and hips, helping them become stronger.

😮‍💨 Breathwork

The sessions also involve elements of breathwork, assisting you in gently coaxing your mind away from your hectic day and into your body. The techniques can also help regulate the nervous system, helping us feel more centred and present with our everyday lives.
