Together, we’ll move through a harmonious blend of practices:Intention Setting – Create clarity and focus as we set heartfelt intentions to guide your journey.Qi Gong – Gentle, flowing movements to restore balance, open your energy pathways, and ground you in the present moment. Yin Yoga – Long, restful postures that release tension, improve flexibility, and nourish the body deeply.Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation to invite deep relaxation, inner awareness, and the chance to truly reset.
This retreat is designed for everyone , no experience or flexibility required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to step into stillness.
I’ll provide mat, bolsters and eye pillows; just bring an extra blanket, and a pillow if you’d like one.
