Take a little time for yourself and join me for a nourishing half-day retreat at the Frances Le Sueur Centre in La Mielle de Morville, St Ouen. Surrounded by nature, this is a space to rest deeply, recharge, and return to yourself.

Together, we’ll move through a harmonious blend of practices:Intention Setting – Create clarity and focus as we set heartfelt intentions to guide your journey.Qi Gong – Gentle, flowing movements to restore balance, open your energy pathways, and ground you in the present moment. Yin Yoga – Long, restful postures that release tension, improve flexibility, and nourish the body deeply.Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation to invite deep relaxation, inner awareness, and the chance to truly reset.

This retreat is designed for everyone , no experience or flexibility required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to step into stillness.

I’ll provide mat, bolsters and eye pillows; just bring an extra blanket, and a pillow if you’d like one.

Take this time for yourself: to rest, to restore, and to explore the healing power that comes when we simply let go.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have yoga experience to join?

Not at all! These retreats are designed to be inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or yoga background. Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, you’ll feel at home.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can move and relax in. Layers are a good idea so you can stay cosy during stiller practices like Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Can I come on my own?

Yes! Many people attend solo, and the space is always welcoming and supportive.

Is food provided?

Yes a vegan nut ball with dark chocolate. Do let me know in advance if you have a nut allergy.

What if I can’t make it after booking?

Life happens! If you let me know at least 24 hours in advance, I’ll be happy to transfer your booking to another date.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The Frances Le Sueur Centre has a ramp for easy step-free access, and accessible facilities are available.

How many people will be at the retreat?

I keep the group small and intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants. This way, everyone gets the space and attention they need.

Can teenagers attend?

Yes, I welcome participants aged 16 and over. Those under 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Are photos taken during the retreat?

Sometimes I like to capture the atmosphere for my website or social media, but I’ll always ask for your permission first. Your comfort and privacy come first.
