Yin Yoga - ENGLISH - Online Yoga Class

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. The postures stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine or as nadis in the Yoga tradition, while reaching the deep connective tissue (fascia), increasing mobility and bringing you into a deep connection with yourself.

The class will be guided in English, and suitable for all levels.
