Rooted in the wisdom traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this workshop series offers a space to replenish weary body-minds and learn practical tools to better understand and manage how to respond to stress. And as such you can turn back to the world with greater capacity for compassion and kindness for yourself and others. Stress is exhausting.
