Most of our Yoga lovers come ready to YIN. But, there are facilities if needed.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, ground floor toilets. There is also an accessible toilet.

Do I need to be an expert Yogi?

Not at all, this session is suitable for all abilities.

Do I need to bring my own Yoga mat & towel?

A Yoga mat is provided but you will need to bring your own towel please.

Are there shower facilities?

There are no shower facilities in store.

Join us at Holland & Barrett Queen Street, Cardiff, for our YIN Vinyasa class. Focusing on longer held postures, steady breath and a cosy atmosphere will help to sink deeper into the connective tissues and create awareness of the inner self in a quest for softness, stillness and peace.

A perfect start to your week, whatever you have planned. The session takes place in our brand new Wellness Studio at the rear of the Queen's Street store. A tranquil, private, space to focus on your YIN yoga session.
