About this event

🌸 Yin yoga is slow-paced style yoga, incorporating principles of Chinese medicine, with poses that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

A Yin class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses. Yin yoga revitalises connective tissues of the body, especially fascia.

Yin yoga accompanied with healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums and chimes will take you to a space, where you are able to release and rebalance on deeper cellular level.
