Event description
"One of the most essential parts of overall wellbeing is deep, restorative relaxation on a regular basis."

About this Event

Join Polly for the juiciest yin yoga practice whilst bathing on delicious sounds created by Suzy Nairn.

In our yin yoga practice we will focus on stimulating the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians. The Liver and Gall Bladder are at their peak of activity during the spring, making it a perfect time to focus on supporting their function.

The Liver and Gall Bladder work together to move blood and bile, and play pivotal roles in:

*Spleen and Lung health—which can affect your immunity and susceptibility to seasonal allergies,

*The tendons—which can impact flexibility and strength.

*And your eye health—clear vision moving forward.

Whilst we move through the asanas Suzy will be nurturing us through sound.

Enjoying a sound bath is a wonderful way to enter a meditative state allowing the body time to re-balance and rejuvenate. The healing sounds will help you bring about a deeply relaxed state.

The vibrations of the sound bath are a wonderful holistic therapy affecting all levels of your being – mind, body, soul & spirit.

The sound waves gently stimulate the physical body and it’s subtle energy fields, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Sound baths are based on the understanding that all forms of matter, including our body’s cells, vibrate at different frequencies which when stimulated appropriately can improve your physical and emotional health and well-being.
