When: Join us every Tuesday Evening for 1 hour of Yin & Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation to end.

Tuesdays 8.15PM - 9.15PM in the YURT.

Extra Class available Bi-Weekly on Wednesdays 7.45PM-8.45PM in FOREST STUDIO.


Where: The Bisley Yurt & Studio located on Miles Green Farm, Queens Rd, Bisley, Surrey GU24 9AR

Please note Tuesday's sessions are in the YURT (Blue Yurt) & Wednesdays are in the FOREST STUDIO (Green building next to Yurt)

Comfortable spacious & warm. Heated by a log fire for months needed.

A beautiful environment to connect in, surrounded by nature on a farm.


What to expect: Yin is a subtle, slow practice involving holding the body in stillness and focusing on the breath and energies of the body.

Sometimes we use props to support the body such as a bolster or blocks.

Sometimes we use props to support the body. Laying down and seated for most shapes. There is not much effort involved (not active) and it's available for any ability / flexibility level. Sometimes we use props to support the body.

These sessions are for anyone needing to slow down and in need of relaxation. For those with stiffness, tightness and lack of circulation this will be a beneficial practice.

Suitable for all levels, options and modifications are offered.

Sound Healing in simplicity is used to create a deeper relaxed state. Sound creates vibration which effects the internal cells so this therapy works on a cellular level which can be felt.

Certain brainwaves can be induced moving us out of the everyday 'Beta' doing mode. Just lay back and recieve the resonating sounds, relax and see what you experience! It's magic.

Points to note:

* Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle

* In the colder months, the space is heated by a log fire and is really warm

* Welcome for all abilities and experience levels, no need to be flexible

* Plenty of parking available

* Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to settle into the space and to not feel rushed
