Join Jane for a nurturing Yin yoga class that gently soothes body and mind.

Take a midweek pause with this deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class, a grounding and meditative practice that invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

In Yin, poses are held for around 3-5 minutes, gently working into the fascia and connective tissues. This allows the body to release tension, improve flexibility, and create space for stillness. Yin is a beautiful complement to an active lifestyle and a powerful way to calm both body and mind.

What to expect:

  • A quiet, mindful practice designed to help you rest and restore.
  • Long-held floor-based postures supported with props.
  • Guidance and variations so the practice can meet your unique needs.
  • A sense of deep relaxation and inner calm to carry into the rest of your week.
  • All levels are welcome, no previous experience of yoga is required, and you do not need to be flexible!

First Class is FREE then £10 per class. I also offer a 5 class pass for £40.00 (£8 per class!) to be used within an 8 week period, email me for more details.
