i am a true believer that we all need to nurture, and listen to the yin mother nature side of our pratice. This yin yoga workshop will do just that, we will enter deep within through a variety of fully supported yoga poses, which will enable the body to fully absorb the poses which are each held for between 3 to 5 minutes at a time.
yin yoga is a great way to nurture, the perfect way to listen, and is perfect to restore the body internally as well as externally.
We have the added bonus of a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) session at the end of the workshop. You will then leave the workshop feeling fully restored for the week ahead.
please bring along a yoga bolster if you have one, or a big cushion. Any questions please ask away.
