Do I need to have done breathwork before?

No, all breath practices are guided at a gentle pace and you can increase that pace depending on how you feel during the practice.

Do I need to be flexible?

Absolutely not, Yin yoga is suitable for all levels and focuses more on settling into poses & using props to support your body as you feel the muscles stretching.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on the body's deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, allowing the body to soften and stretch. This is done by holding poses for 2-7 minutes and poses are based on the mat in a seated, lying down or front lying position.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just yourself, some water and an open mind. All props required will be provided however if you have your own and wish to use you are welcome to bring them.
