About this event

Welcome to the YMCA Halloween Party at the Ripon Arts Hub! A free Under 18s Haloween Party! Get ready for a spooktacular evening filled with fun, games, and costume contests. (You don't have to dress up if you don't want to, don't worry!) Join us for a night of dancing, treats, and maybe a few tricks!

There will be music and dancing and games in the main event space and free drinks and snacks in the quiter chill out bar area.

This event is for ages 11 to 17. There event will be staffed the YMCA Youth team and volunteers.

There will be a zero tolerance on drink, drugs vapes or smoking in the venue. We will be checking bags on arrival to ensure no alcohol is brought into the venue. Any attendee we believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.

Where is it?

It's at Ripon Arts Hub on Allhallowgate. It's a 3 minute walk from the bus station (just down the road from the One Eyed Rat)

Who can attend?

This event is for young people aged 11 to 17. We will not be able to admit anyone aged 10 or under or anyone 18 or over. This event will be staffed by YMCA Ripon Youth Team and Volunteers. We will not be able to admit any parents or carers to this event as this is a youth event.

Do I have to dress up?

You don't have to dress up if you don't want to. We also ask that any costumes are appropriate for the age range attending the event (11+)

Will there be drinks and snacks?

Yes! the YMCA will provide free drinks and snacks for attendees, so you won't need to buy anything and won't need to bring any with you.

What if I need a break?

The music and games will be in the main event space. If you need a break or some quiet then the bar area will be a chill space with lots of seats and some relaxed wellbeing activities (colouring , card games etc) . If you want to get some fresh air for a minute that's ok too, just let staff know
