Fe wnaethom ni wrando ar yr hyn oedd gennych chi i’w ddweud, nodi’r themâu allweddol ac adolygu gwybodaeth am y gweithlu, adroddiadau ymchwil ac ymrwymiadau polisi. Rydyn ni hefyd wedi cwrdd â rhanddeiliaid i ddatblygu’r camau gweithredu nesaf ar gyfer 2023 i 2026.

Rydyn ni’n cynnal y gweminar yma i rannu gwybodaeth am Gynllun cyflawni strategaeth y gweithlu 2023 i 2026 ac i ateb unrhyw gwestiynau sydd gan bobl am yr ymgynghoriad.

Last summer we held engagement events to help us shape the next phase of the delivery of A Healthier Wales: Our Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care. We listened to what you had to say and we’ve identified the main themes, reviewed workforce intelligence, research reports and policy commitments, and met with stakeholders to develop the next phase of actions for 2023 to 2026.

On 15 May, we launched a consultation on the workforce strategy delivery plan for 2023 to 2026
