Eleni, mae consortia rhanbarthol yn cynnig rhaglen ymsefydlu ar gyfer unigolion sydd newydd gychwyn swydd Cynorthwyydd Addysgu. Mae'r rhaglen hon wedi'i theilwra i helpu cynorthwywyr addysgu newydd i ddeall eu rôl a'u cyfrifoldebau, ac i arddel gwerthoedd a thueddiadau craidd y safonau proffesiynol.
Rhaid mynychu'r ddau diwrnod llawn a thelir costau cyflenwi i ysgolion.

Induction for new teaching assistants
Regional consortia are offering an induction programme this year for people entering role of Teaching Assistant. The programme is tailored to help new TAs understand their role & responsibilities and to embrace the core values & dispositions of the professional standards.
You must attend both full days and supply costs will be paid to schools.
