As a contemporary dancer and a yoga teacher I decided to fuse the two togeather to create a new form of movement. Welcome to Yo-Da! This workshop is a fun, creative way to have to find space within the body, play with freedom and flow around the space, try something fresh and new and have a good workout.
we will explore the grounding and balancing of yoga, with the freedom and flow of dance, this is a great opportunity to try something new, and above all have some fun. You will leave feeling like you have challenged yourself and stepped outside the norm, just for a short while.
