A beginners course is a great way to explore and discover yoga in a safe and joyful environment. This course is perfect for complete beginners and those looking to revisit the basics of yoga. As you work through the 6 weeks you will be introduced to breathing techniques (pranayama), basic yoga poses (asana), sequencing, meditation and learn some relaxation techniques. These practices will help you cope better with stress and improve breath, strength, flexibility and posture.
Enrolment: Please keep in mind that this is a course of 6 classes to be attended in 6 consecutive weeks. Your classes are for you only and are not refundable or transferable. Because this course is taught in a progressive sequence, your consistent attendance is required to receive the full benefits. Regretfully substitutions cannot be made for missed classes, so I hope to see your full attendance!
