Yoga at Amante

Sol Den Serra bay is particularly beautiful in the early morning sunlight and is the stunning backdrop for Yoga at Amante. The perfect natural surroundings make an ideal location for an early morning hatha yoga practice.

Classes are held every day from Monday to Friday and start at 9:00am.

Please arrive at 8:45am for check-in and relaxation, the guided practice is from 9:00am until 10:15am. Breakfast is served until 11am.

The class is taught in English and Spanish by an experienced yoga teacher and the sessions are perfect for all levels and experience.

The yoga is followed by a healthy buffet breakfast on the Amante terrace, a perfect start to a day. The menu includes our fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruit, eggs, natural yogurt, cereals, dried fruits and freshly baked wholegrain patisserie.

Unfortunatley purchases are not refundable. It is essential to carefully check the date before confirming your reservation. Once the ticket is booked, we regret to inform you that we cannot change the date under any circumstances.

We ask you to respect the class and your fellow yogis by arriving 15mins before class starts so you have time to check in, get your mat and relax into the your practice. Please note, in respect to others participating in the class, those arriving after class has started will not be able to participate in the session.

We request that in order to respect the privacy of other attendees that photos are not to be taken of, or during the class.

Yoga en Amante

Sol Den Serra es especialmente bonita con los primeros rayos de sol de la mañana y es el escenario perfecto para tus sesiones de Yoga en Amante. Este entorno natural es ideal para sus sesiones matutinas de Yoga Hatha.

Las clases se celebran cada miercoles y viernes y empiezan a las 9.00.

Por favor, llega a las 8.45 para registrarte y relajarte, la clase guiada tiene lugar de 9.00 a 10.15. El desayuno se sirve hasta las 11.00.

Las clases están impartidas en inglés y español por un instructor cualificado y son adecuadas a todos los niveles.

La clase de yoga está seguida de un buffet de desayuno sano que se sirve en la terraza de Amante, una forma perfecta de empezar el día. El menú incluye nuestros zumos naturales recién exprimidos, fruta fresca, huevos, yogur natural, cereales, frutos secos y bollería recién salida del horno.

Desafortunadamente el importe de las clases no puede ser devuelto. Es imprescindible comprobar cuidadosamente la fecha antes de confirmar la reserva. Una vez reservado el billete, lamentamos informarle de que no podemos cambiar la fecha bajo ningún concepto.

Te rogamos que respetes la clase y a tus compañeros yogis y llegues 15 minutos antes de que empiece la clase para tener tiempo suficiente de registrarte, coger tu alfombrilla y relajarte. Por favor ten en cuenta que para respetar a los demás participantes aquellos que lleguen después de que haya empezado la clase no podrán participar en la sesión.
