Join us for a deeply nourishing yoga session with the incredible and ancient sound of our large Chinese wind gong. Yoga encourages us to gently stretch and release tension with breath. The gong intensifies our experience of release as we breathe and let go. This is a time to focus entirely on your Self and your body's needs.
The yoga will be simple and spiritual, suitable for beginners and advanced alike.
What to bring:
Your yoga mat. You might like to bring a blanket and eye mask for deep relaxation at the end of the class.
Where to go:
The Lecture Room is inside the museum, and can be accessed through the main museum entrance until 4pm, or use the side gate to the left of the museum as you face the front door. Please wait in the foyer until we have prepared the room for you. The site has ramps and accessible toilets. The nearest car park is Waitrose, which is chargeable, and is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the venue. We start punctually.
