Recommended Donation of 20£ for a block of 4 classes towards upkeep of the temple premises, utility expenses for hall etc is much appreciated. Card payment at venue accepted.

What to expect at class?

1) Physical Posture practice for strength, flexibility and overall well-being.

2) Breathing Techniques (Pranayama lessons) for invigorating your energy.

3) Meditation and Relaxation techniques to calm your mind, relieve stress and improve focus and mindfulness in everyday activity.

The class is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners.

What to bring to class?

Yoga mats, warm blankets (for yoga nidra) to be brought by attendees.

About the instructor:

Sankesh Sundareshwar has been practicing yoga with different masters in India for the last 17 years and is an internationally qualified teacher. He is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with his community and teaches at various venues in Aberdeen.

Styles taught are Hatha yoga, Shivananda yoga, Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mantra practice, various Pranayamas, Chakra Meditations.
