With two teachers on board for the retreat, this week is the perfect opportunity for experienced practitioners and those who are new to yoga and meditation to receive guidance and ask any questions. With a small group and two teachers, Ganga (i.e myself) and Gurugopal can guide you through certain experiences and ways to harness the bliss sensations rooted deep in the body, mind and the breath.

We will join together for a tasty and nutritious brunch after our morning meditation sessions and once again for a buffet style dinner. Based on fresh, local, seasonal produce – fruit, vegetables, pulses, grains, nuts, cheeses, and yogurt.

The Ashram is of a very high standard with private bathrooms and hot showers with towels inside all rooms. At the ashram we have both indoor and an outdoor eating area. The Ashram is a very relaxed and friendly environment with the children from Bal ashram living within the same proximity.

You’ll get to witness a typical Ashram day as well as join in with some of the activities and evening ceremonies with the children. There is plenty of space around the ashram to be by yourself and connect to the vibe and the atmosphere along the stunning Ganges river or explore off on your own into the city.
