Come and join us for this nourishing mixed ability class suitable for all levels. The class builds and unfolds enabling you to gradually build strength and a sense of mindfulness, exploring a range of flowing and static hatha postures, followed by a deep nourishing yoga nidra relaxation which is proven to help relieve stress levels, build focus and promote healthy sleep patterns.
