Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is designed to support all stages of the menopause journey (perimenopause, menopause or post-menopausal). No prior experience of yoga or mindfulness is needed. Anyone who experiences menopause welcome. LGBTQ+ inclusive.
About the workshop leader
Saz Domville is a kundalini yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist. They are also a specialist menopause yoga teacher accredited by British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance UK.
