YOGA and SOUND BATH by the SEA (@Pantri Box, Porthcawl)

**Yoga by the Sea**I'm delighted to be working with the gorgeous Gemma, owner of "The Pantri Box" vegetarian cafe and zero waste shop, to offer you a soulful later summertime kundalini yoga meditation and sound bath session in the centre of Porthcawl :Saturday 27th September 6-8pm.

The session includes nourishing vegan snack and drink beforehand, and space to connect and chat after the session.

Parking available just outside or you can park along the seafront and walk over.

PLEASE NOTE

Suitable for all levels and abilities, but please be aware that due to the intensity of the vibrations, the gong sound bath is not recommended for those up to three months pregnant, those with heart issues or who have bi-polar. However, you would be very welcome to sit outside on deck chairs in the evening sun for that part of the workshop where the vibrations of the gong will be significantly subdued, subject to weather!.
