Combine the healing power of sound and movement to create a unique and holistic experience that brings harmony to the body, mind, and soul.

This transformative session combines gentle TriYoga and live Dhrupad music to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Guided by Ishtar Dobler and featuring music by maestro Amit Sharma, it offers deep relaxation, self-awareness, and inner peace - an experience of renewal and lasting balance.

This unique session offers not only relaxation but profound, lasting transformation—a space in which body, mind, and soul are brought into harmony. The combination of flowing TriYoga and the powerful, meditative sounds of the Dhrupad is unique in the world. It creates a meditative space of self-awareness and brings about a deep, lasting sense of peace and regeneration.

Under the sensitive, precise guidance of Ishtar Dobler, body and mind are brought into harmony through gentle, flowing movements and conscious breathing. This serene practice is enriched by the magical sounds of Dhrupad, the most ancient Indian Classical music, played live by maestro Amit Sharma, creating an atmosphere of deep tranquillity and reflection.

Amit's sound bath touches the soul and opens access to inner healing.
This program is more than just a break from everyday life. It is an opportunity to dive into deep layers of the self and return to daily life with a sense of relaxation, inner peace, and tools to maintain a balanced mindset.

Not at all. The session is designed for all levels — beginners, occasional practitioners, and seasoned yogis alike. Ishtar guides each movement with several options, so you can choose the intensity that feels right.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a light blanket or shawl (for the closing relaxation), and a reusable water bottle. Optional: small cushion or bolster for sitting, and an eye mask if you enjoy one during sound immersion.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows free movement. Layers are ideal; the body can cool down during the sound-bath portion.

Where exactly is the venue and how do I get there?

Will the session really start on time?

Yes. We will open at 08:30 for settling in; we begin promptly at 09:00 and finish at 10:30. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until a natural pause so the sound meditation isn’t disturbed.

In most cases, yes. The practice is gentle and adaptable, but please email us in advance (contact@kalasudha.com) with any concerns so we can advise or suggest modifications. Always consult your healthcare provider first.

Is the music live?

Absolutely. Maestro Amit Sharma will sing Dhrupad vocals accompanied by tanpura live throughout the practice and final relaxation.

Will mats or props be provided?

A limited number of mats and blocks are available on a first-come basis. To guarantee comfort, we strongly suggest bringing your own mat and any props you cherish.
