Yoga and Soundbath Retreat

Unwind with a Yang to Yin Yoga flow, followed by a nourishing Soundbath, and enjoy homemade snacks around the firepit at our outdoor retreat space, just outside Brighton.

Energize and Restore: Yang to Yin Yoga Flow
This beginner-friendly yoga session starts with energising, active movement (Yang) to wake up the body, then eases into longer, grounding stretches and deep relaxation (Yin). Surrounded by trees and fresh air, the natural setting enhances the practice, leaving you balanced and refreshed.

Nourishing Soundbath in Nature
After yoga, lie down and let go. Georgeana will guide you through a calming sound journey using Himalayan and crystal bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion. The soothing tones help quiet the mind and support deep rest.

Homemade Snacks & Fire Pit
We’ll end the afternoon gathered around the firepit, cooking and sharing homemade focaccia, roasted potatoes, halloumi, and other tasty bites. Everyone joins in, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere.

The Setting
This exclusive retreat takes place at Stonerocks Farm, a family-owned 100-acre farm just 11 miles (around 25 minutes) from Brighton, and easily reached from London via the M23.

It’s a peaceful hideaway with open views, ancient woodlands, and no artificial noise—just birdsong, butterflies, and the rustle of trees. With a covered yoga tent and a firepit sheltered by a parachute canopy, we’ll be comfortable whatever the weather.

Your Hosts
Xenia teaches yoga outdoors year-round and brings a welcoming, down-to-earth approach. Georgeana creates gentle, intuitive soundscapes to support calm and rest.

Who It’s For
If you enjoy being in nature and want to move, relax, and reconnect, this retreat is for you.
