Having moved to Toronto 3.5 years ago, I know how challenging it can be to find your tribe. This a perfect opportunity to get to know others in an informal setting.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat. A water bottle and suncream is al advisable (we will always aim for the shade)

Is there a cost associated?

All classes are PWYC $10-20 suggested donation

What should I wear

Anything that makes you feel comfortable and that you can move in!

Will this still go ahead if it rains?

We will still aim to continue if there’s light rain. If the weather looks particularly bad we will make a decision on the day and inform everyone via email

Do I need to have practiced yoga before?

No, this class aims to suit all levels with modifications available. The most important thing is to listen to your body.

Where exactly will the class take place?

From queens quay, walk into Sherbourne common. Past the splash pad on your left, up ahead there is a small clearing of trees in from of a bench.
