Yoga Arm Balances and Inversion Workshop

1 hour Workshop to have some fun going upside down and balancing on our hands! With this workshop you can expect to go places you haven't been before and with Rachels gentle mindful helping hand and guidance, you can hope to beat that fear of the unknown and turn your world - quite literally - upside down :)
There will be a beautiful and suitable warm up to strengthen and stretch followed by a small sequence to open up the hips for crow and open the heart to the possibilites this workshop can take you to. The arm balancing poses and inversions will be carefully guided and with a hands on approach so you feel safe, secure and above you - so you have fun!!
