Mats & equipment are provided but you can bring your own if you prefer. Just bring yourself and enjoy an hour of self care!

I've never practiced yoga before, will I be able to do it?

No experience is needed, there are always easier or more challenging options for poses. We have plenty of props at the studio to assist you and the more you practice the more familiar it will all start to feel!

Do I have to bring a mat?

No, we have some at the studio. If you prefer your own then you're totally welcome to use it.
