Arrival: 07:15 for a 07:30 start 

Finish: 08:30 followed by healthy breakfast snacks and juice 

Yoga will take place in the Gŏng bar located in the Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London

London’s highest bar, Gŏng, located on level 52 of the Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, with its expansive views, will be transformed into a yoga sanctuary as guests of this exclusive event start their day by marvelling the sunrise over the iconic London skyline. Designed by Andre Fu of AFSO, Gŏng is inspired by the mythical aspect of ‘dou-gong’ – a series of interlocking brackets that are used extensively in historical Chinese architecture.
