Welcome to Yoga at Stepney City Farm! Join us for a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga session as you flow through poses and connect with your breath.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner, this event is suitable for all levels and all bodies.

If the weather is good we'll be outside, but if not we'll be in the Classroom. Stepney City Farm has an accessible toilet and yoga is for everybody. Chairs are available if you prefer to practice seated.
