'Yoga Basics' is the perfect introduction to yoga focusing on the physical practice of asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing).

About this event

Join Registered Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, Paula, for a friendly, introductory level yoga class via Zoom.

What is Yoga Basics?

  • Yoga Basics is an introduction to the physical practice of yoga.
  • Yoga Basics will give you the confidence to practice simple yoga poses in a safe and effective manner.
  • Yoga is a great way to increase mobility and flexibility.
  • Yoga Basics is suitable for all ability levels. I will give lots of options* throughout the practice.

I know how daunting it can be to learn something new. That's why I designed this class to be truly beginner-friendly.

I will not overwhelm you with technical terms and philosophy.

I will make sure you have the skills to be safe and confident on your yoga journey.
