A portable BBQ (if you have one) — it would be great to have more than one
A yoga mat or towel if you’re joining the yoga session
Warm layers — it can get chilly by the sea in the evening
Water and anything else you need to stay comfortable on the beach

Where is the yoga class held?

The yoga class takes place opposite Brunswick Square, near Hove Lawns. Look for the bright yellow banner to find us.

Absolutely! The yoga session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It’s a dynamic flow designed to help you stretch out, build strength, and leave you feeling lighter and more open.

What if it’s cold, windy, or rainy?

If the weather isn’t suitable, the event will be cancelled. But don’t worry — you can use your yoga booking for the next one! We’ll be planning more yoga and BBQ evenings throughout the summer.
