Power Flow is the ultimate yoga work out. If you have a regular yoga practice and want to improve your stamina and strength, this class is for you. Equally you may want to try out some of the more adventurous poses such as arm balances and inversions.

Each weekly session is different as we hone our strength and skills and focus on new postures and flows. Music is a big part of the experience - Lesley spends a lot of time curating playlists that are motivating and enjoyable to work to. These sessions are motivating, invigorating and above all, a lot of fun.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

A yoga mat if you have one. If not I have spares you can borrow. All other props are supplied. A bottle of water to rehydrate.

What level class is this?

For Power Flow Yoga you need to be reasonably fit as this is a fairly strong work out. You don't need to have done yoga before, but it helps. If you haven't done yoga before and you're not sure, PM me to talk it through or try out the Gentle Yoga - same place, same day only an hour earlier at 6pm.

Does the class involve chanting or meditation?

No. This is purely a yoga work out. We do five minutes of breathing at the beginning of class to get you into the Yoga Zone and a short relaxation at the end of class.

How do I find the dance studio?

The dance studio is located in the PE department, NOT the performing arts centre. Directions: enter the school grounds through the gate on East Way. There is a car park here. Follow the A Board which reads Yoga This Way. At the top of the path, turn left, automatic doors on your right.
