Treat yourself! This yoga brunch is to bring you an event combining yoga, fresh plant-based food and meeting new faces :-)
I am so excited to be teaming up with Kali Cooking for our second Flaming Flamingo Yoga Brunch. Kali is an imaginative and passionate international chef with a strong background in health supportive cooking. This is reflected in her style of food, creating modern international flavours while keeping food fresh, vibrant, balanced but delicious.
We begin with a mindful vinyasa flow yoga class especially designed to invigorate and refresh. Expect an uplifting, breath co-ordinated flow to challenge and centre you. The class will end with the chance to completely “bliss-out” in a guided meditation.
Following this you’ll be treated to the delights of a delicious Flaming Flamingo feast! A menu in their usual style; exciting and varied flavours, an array of different fresh and healthy dishes, a diverse delight for the tast-buds! Starting with a green mimosa and vegan snacks, then sitting down to a multi-course meal and a friendly atmosphere for a relaxing and indulgent way to spend your Sunday.

Expect vibrant, plant-cased fresh food made from scratch, thoughtfully sourced and put together.
The yoga and brunch will be held in the beautiful Reva studios in Hackney, just off Broadway Market.
