Mind Body Bowl, yoga teacher Annie Clarke will lead you through a gentle, mindful yoga flow to help you start your day feeling calm, open and a little more connected to yourself.
To refuel you, we will offer you a free smoothie or juice of your choice with a delicious protein ball from our Food to go counter.
To top off this spirit lifting breakfast we will be seeing you away with a goodie bag filled with more amazing products. There will be an opportunity for book signings too, bring your own copy or buy it on the day.
