FRAME Yoga flexes its way into St Pancras International
To celebrate the launch of their brand new, dedicated Yoga studio in King’s Cross area, St Pancras International has partnered with fitness gurus FRAME to offer station commuters and visitors Yoga classes.
Under the expert guidance of FRAME Yoga instructor, Kate Lister, all levels will be able to stretch and unwind under the iconic Barlow Shed Roof, next to the John Betjeman statue, on the Grand Terrace as the station bustles around them. The 60-minute class will help participants to switch off from the evening commute and transport your mind to a more zen and restorative state.
The weekly, one-hour sessions will take place at 6.30pm each Tuesday throughout September, starting from 6th September until the 27th.
The month long schedule is part of St Pancras International’s autumn Back to School activities programme that has been designed to encourage the station’s visitors to stop and learn a new skill or spark an interest in a new hobby.
To book tickets are limited and will cost £2.71 per person to attend.
Two pounds from each ticket sale for the Back to School activity programme will go to YHA, the charity that creates opportunities for young people across the country to grow through adventure and discovery. Through exploring the countryside and historic cities, the charity opens the door for young people to develop a greater knowledge and love for England and Wales.
