Yoga & Fell Running
Come join us for a unique experience combining yoga and fell running at Force Cafe in Ambleside.
Start your day with a yoga session hosted by Fell Yoga to center your mind and body. This class will focus on stretching and warming the body to engage muscles associated with running. You'll explore movement to enhance your range of motion and develop your focus for coordination on technical trails (without compromising power or stability!).
Next, an exhilarating fell running adventure led by 54 North Running in the stunning surroundings of The Lake District National Park's southern fells. Choose a distance of 6km or 12km, run with new friends and gain valuable skills for running on technical ground. This event is perfect for runners looking to challenge themselves and connect with nature.
We will be joined by INOV8 who will be providing you with shoes to test out on the trails for the ultimate grip and connection to the mountains!
After your run, enjoy some lunch at The Lake District's No.1 Walkers & Runners cafe (main, snack & drink will be included in your ticket!).
