Yoga flow & Gentle organic movement, Meditation & Healing Sound bath

If you like to move freely and to the beat of your own drum, breathe deep and be you then come join us......

This is a warm hearted class to align yourself into wellness, in an incredible open studio space.

We will be in Ben & Jack studio in Maidenhead, in a warmly lit room with fairy lights, to move freely, release stress, and end session with a crystal sound bath, shruti box and shamanic drumming to restore healing physically, mentalyemotiopnally and spiritually.

Ending in pure reset, restoration and balanced bliss.

If you like to be more intuitive whilst being gently guided in your yoga movement, meditation and breathwork classes, then come join.

Intuitively led, I will be guiding the class through gentle creative flow movement to release tension in mind & body and create peace, transformation and a sense of true self alignment.

All levels welcome.
