Soane's Kitchen are teaming up with local yogi Pavlina Nehrebecki for a special and nourishing start to your weekend. Join us for an uplifting and energising yoga class followed by a delicious, soul-soothing breakfast.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- 1hr long Vinyasa Flow yoga class
- A delicious, healthy smoothie
- Homemade granola with yoghurt and fresh fruit
- Avocado on sourdough toast, with a soft-boiled egg and feta

ABOUT THE CLASS
Nourish your body and mind with this treat of a yoga class. Flowing with your breath, exploring and challenging your boundaries in this 60 minute Vinyasa practice. We will start with warming the body and clearing the mind after a busy week, before diving into a sequence that offers something to all levels of experience and confidence. You'll be guided and supported throughout the practice by your teacher, offering lots of options to accommodate your situation.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER...
Pavlina is passionate about yoga and good food. After 7 years of travelling the world and working as an events producer, Pavlina decided to dedicate herself to sharing the power of yoga and meditation and the positive impact these practices can have on everyday life. She trained in the dynamic styles of Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, which she balances with slower flowing style of vinyasa and also teaches meditation.
