About this event

Health • Yoga

Join Tiluka Tulsi Wellness and Claire Beasley Sound Meditation for a cosy, restorative, and deeply nourishing candlelit evening of yoga and sound meditation - a gentle pause from the busyness of life.

We’ll begin with Tiluka’s calming yoga flow, designed to ease tension, open the body, and bring you into a state of peaceful presence. You’ll then be guided into stillness for Claire’s soothing sound bath, where the therapeutic tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind and restore balance.

Soft candlelight will fill the hall, creating a warm and tranquil atmosphere as you unwind. To close, there will be time for herbal tea, journalling, quiet reflection, or connection with others in this welcoming space.

Think of it as an evening mini retreat - a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, and everything will be offered at a gentle, accessible pace.
