We will move through a creative and energising vinyasa flow sequence. Expect a playful flow to build strength and flexibility, but with lots of room for intuitive movement, wiggles, and use of your imagination.
The session will be led by Kaitlyn, a qualified 200 hour vinyasa flow instructor, who's own practice is rooted in the alignment-focused Ghosh and Ashtanga lineages, but also draws inspiration from embodiment practices and intuitive movement. Her approach to teaching encourages yoga as a form of moving meditation and as a means of self-expression.
This is an all levels class suitable for beginners. Unfortunately this class is not suitable for pregnant or post-natal practitioners. Please make Kaitlyn aware of any injuries prior to the class.
Mats are available at the venue, but in limited supply. Please bring your own if possible.
