Are you looking for a class that will nurture and strengthen your body? Or one that will create space and clarity in your mind after a long day of doing?
What about one that will do both?!
In this practice of linking breath and movement, we'll flow through the yoga postures with skill and attention, focusing on the alignment of the body both in the poses themselves as well as in the transitions. This moving meditation will open and strengthen your body, while clearing mental clutter in the mind, creating a deeper connection to your innate wisdom and a space for the inherent peace you be at heart.
Although some familiarity of the yoga postures is recommended for this class, it will be an accessible practice for multi-levels, with modifications and options offered.
