You are invited to join me in this workshop to begin your Yoga journey. This includes an introduction to Yoga sutras, 8 Limbs of Yoga and a 45 minute mat Yoga practice. Aimed at beginners, but all are welcome. This class includes breakdown of poses, integrating breath & movement, meditation and mindfulness. Your health matters and Yoga is a very good way to improve it.
