Join us every Thursday from 5:20 to 6:30pm for Yoga for All, hosted by Wolverhampton LGBT+.
This inclusive and welcoming yoga session offers a space where people of all backgrounds and identities can come together to experience the benefits of yoga in a chilled and relaxed environment.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore this ancient practice, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience.
Come as you are, and let the calming energy of yoga guide you towards mindfulness, flexibility, and inner peace. Take a break from the outside world and connect with your body, mind, and fellow participants in this wonderful weekly gathering. We look forward to seeing you there!
