This short course will give you a glimpse into why there are so many people getting into Yoga right now.
What's all the fuss about?.....lack of judgement in class (yippee!), feeling amazing in yourself, increased concentration, increased strength and mobility and more.
You dont need a mat, but if you want to come along with one, by all means do what makes you feel comfortable. Wear baggy, stretchy clothes. Men - if you're wearing shorts, make sure you have something underneath which is tight. No sneaky peaky through the leg hole thanks :)
8pm every Wednesday for 5 weeks.
This is primarily aimed at men, but teens are encouraged and women are welcome.

Professor of fun and laughter, Rachel addresses all levels in her classes from total beginner to the more advanced practitioner. Every body is always welcome to her classes, no matter what.
She teaches a strong vinyasa flow, a relaxing hatha and deep yin combination with breath work and meditation in each class. Your mind and body will be worked, relaxed and rejuvinted.
She is a 500 hour qualified Yoga Teacher. Her styles are: Vinyasa flow, hatha, hatha flow, yin, ying & yang, power and core yoga.
Zero pretentiousness, maximum Zen!
Other areas of experience: Matial arts - kung fu, boxing and Muay Thai. Dance: belly dence, hiphop, street jazz and salsa.
