Do I need to bring a mat?

Accepted Answer

No, I provide mats, blocks, bricks, yoga straps and blankets but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer!

I have never done yoga before, is this class suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

This is a general class and is suitable for beginners and improvers. I will offer you adaptations for anything that you may struggle with. I am passionate about people finding yoga accessible and enjoyable and you will be surprised how quickly you will learn in a friendly environment.

Is this a course?

Accepted Answer

No, this is a rolling programme and you can join at any time.

Question 4

Do I have to sign up for a term?

Accepted Answer

No, you can pay by class but if you buy a Class Pass, it's cheaper and that buys you five classes for  the price of four. You can use your Class Pass at any time during a 12 week period.
