Every Tuesday - 7am to 8am

The aim of Yoga for Breakfast, which primarily aimed at beginners, is to build a community of likeminded people who are serious about improving their health and wellbeing using the Yoga philosophy.

Classes consist of gentle, challenging poses and a meditation, the aim being to supply energy and vitality along with calmness and ease to start the day the right way.

The session will end with a healthy and nutritious light breakfast of a superfood smoothie and vegan granola bar which can be taken away if needed.

Classes will be no more than 12 people to give everyone a more personal and intimate experience. Emphasis will be on building trust and connection within the group not to mention the physical benefits of flexibility, strength, healing and balance.
